Beautifully hand-crafted in New Zealand from warm rich-coloured wood grown in managed forests and inlaid with Paua shell, our Universal© meditation aids will enhance any décor. The Paua inlay design on each of our Universal© meditation tools was inspired by an old Maori legend revealing that the colours of this radiant shell were a gift from Tangaroa – God of the Sea. Tangaroa took the coolest blues of the ocean, the freshest greens of the forest, a tinge of violet from the dawn and a blush of pink from the sunset. But these beautiful vibrant colours and intricate patterns can only be found by looking inside. While the Paua is a symbol of our essence, its Koru shape represents the unfolding of life just as it is - the vitality of new life beginning.
