Unique quality materials and construction allow us to guarantee Serenum Design products unconditionally for 12 months from purchase. If you buy a meditation aid and it does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it for an exchange or full refund.
In the event of our shipping error or if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will reimburse your return shipping cost in addition to offering an exchange or full refund.
